WAO Early Learning Team
In WAO Early Learning Centres, our team is dedicated to nurturing the growth and development of every child in our care. Comprising passionate and qualified professionals, our educators are committed to providing a supportive and enriching learning environment.
We prioritise the ongoing professional development of our team, investing in professional training to ensure they remain equipped with the latest knowledge and best practices in early childhood education.
We also collaborate with external childcare consultants who serve as mentors, further enhancing the expertise and effectiveness of our team.
Our educators come from diverse cultural backgrounds, enriching our centre with a tapestry of experiences and perspectives. Many of them hold university degrees and qualifications beyond early childhood education, offering a wealth of knowledge in various fields.
Together, our dedicated team creates a dynamic and inclusive environment where every child can thrive and reach their full potential.
“Educators continually seek ways to build their professional knowledge and skills and develop learning communities. They are co-learners with children, families and community, and value the continuity and richness of local knowledge shared by community members, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Elders.”
