Environment

WAO Early Learning centres offer a natural, welcoming, and warm environment for children.

The Kelvin Kindergarten Space

At WAO Early Learning Centres, where we've carefully crafted environments that inspire curiosity, creativity, and connection with nature. Indoors, children are greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere designed to spark their imagination and encourage exploration.

Various sections offer diverse opportunities for play, learning, and social interaction, ensuring every child feels engaged and supported in their development.

Our outdoor spaces are thoughtfully curated with an array of natural elements and materials, providing ample opportunities for hands-on exploration and discovery. Here, children can engage in properly designed risk play elements, fostering resilience, confidence, and physical development in a safe environment.

We believe in the power of ownership and collaboration, encouraging children to contribute to the decoration of both indoor and outdoor spaces and fostering a sense of ownership and pride in their environment.

Three children are watering and tending to a garden bed outdoors next to a colorful mural on a building wall. One child is wearing a pink and white hat, floral jacket, and a striped skirt; another is in a navy hat and white shirt; the third is in a blue hat and blue shirt. The mural depicts various abstract and animal images, including an owl.
A cozy children's playroom with round table surrounded by wicker chairs, toys and books on the table, plush sofa, wooden shelves, a potted plant, and large windows letting in natural light.
Colorful playground with a small covered area, a slide, and a scooter on a grassy yard, surrounded by trees and a wooden fence.

“Children feel safe, secure and supported when they confidently explore and engage with social and physical environments through relationships and play.”
